A Tale of Two Midshipmen and *TWO* Majors

Part II of this sordid tale.

I wrote previously, „[H]e probably wishes he hadn’t“ contacted the Washington Post. Yeah, I think it’s not „probably“ anymore and more like „certainly.“

The second officer has been named, and has now turned on the first.

Both of them are going to pay heavily, if I know the apparatus of the Marine Corps as well as I think I do.

Not going to end well for them.

VMIJPP hails from the star city of the south, Roanoke, Virginia. A 1989 graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, he is a retired artillery officer in the United States Marine Corps, with time in both the active and reserve sides. He served in Iraq in 2004, and in Afghanistan in 2009-2010. He joined the magnificent OPFOR.com as a guest blogger from the now defunct but never uninteresting Rule 308, where he denounced gun control and other aspects of tyranny, and proclaimed the greatness of the United States. When the sun set on OPFOR.com, he migrated here with Keydet1976 and the others.

Booze and Broads… Deadlier than anthrax to one’s career, and well known as such. Sorry fellas, you shoulda fessed up and moved on as painful as it would have been. I’ve never seen Marine JAGs more fired up than when they’ve caught an O in a lie.
